The health, well-being and safety of every resident and staff member in our communities, across our markets, are paramount to Skyline Management Group. In our continued fight to stop the spread of Covid-19 and ensure the highest health and safety standards continue at our communities, we have initiated further practices and measures be put in place around the clock.
We are using the latest knowledge about Covid-19 to train our staff and continue our commitment to excellence. Below are just some of the front-facing processes in place in every Skyline Space. Further actions are being taken on the back-end and internally to ensure everything meets our top-of-the-line requirements.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We are employing the ‘Safer At 6-Feet Away’ rule in all common areas and with anyone not in your immediate family
SHIELDS
Plexiglass shields are in-place in all offices and during times when residents need to speak to someone in person
FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED
We require all members of our communities, as well as outside vendors and guests, to wear a face covering at all times
VIRTUAL OFFICE VISITS
We offer virtual office visits over Zoom to discuss resident needs that don’t require being handled in-person
COMMON AREA CLEANING
The common areas are cleaned and sanitized daily, on a regular basis
WELLNESS CHECKS
We have temperature checks and training materials in-place with all staff. Staff are also temperature and wellness checked on a daily basis before they come to work
SANITIZING STATIONS
We have placed sanitizing stations in the common areas of our complexes and encourage continuous use. We also refill these and check them throughout the day
APARTMENT CLEANING
All units are cleaned thoroughly prior to move-in
NO SHARED FACILITIES
We have decided, with heavy hearts, to close all shared facilities such as our fitness centers and recreation areas until we can ensure it is safe for our residents and staff to use them again
VIRTUAL TOURS
We offer virtual tours through our community websites and our friendly property management staff
TOUR-UNIT CLEANING
We actively clean all units that are vacant for tours, after each tour has concluded
VIDEO LEASING
We want to make leasing an apartment easier than ever. You can now tour, apply and lease from your socially distant space, and take comfort in knowing your apartment will be clean and ready for your move-in date
